Indian Bread Vs White Bread


Wheat is the oldest cereal crop and still is the most impotent food grain in the world.Primary wheat products are Indian bread or Chapatis, bread, biscuits, cakes, noodles etc.But basic Wheat product is Indian Bread and White bread or bread which divided the world into two group.

Let's figure out which is better:

Indian Bread or Chapatis or Roti:

1) It can be prepare easily in every house.

2)Contain dietary fibre which is very beneficial for digestive system.

3)Contain iron and zinc which is good for blood and skin respectively.

4)VitaminB-complex and trace minerals.

5)Is suitable with multiple curries and non-veg.

Bread:

1)Tough to prepare in home.

2)Made up of refined flour which doesn't contain bran and germ which are the most nutrient part of wheat.

3)Even those labelled as brown bread contain high sodium and white flour.

4)Cause improper digestion.

5)Can result bloating.

These results proves Indian Bread or Roti is better than bread.

Even I figured out when I eat bread, I eat more and still feels hungry every time. Also, I found we Indian eat curries with roti containing green vegetables surplus with species like turmeric, pepper, Jeera etc which strengthen our immune system and controls diseases like cancer.As i read in one article turmeric fights against cancer. So. believe it or not directly or indirectly Indian Bread is far better than Bread.
